Internship – Junior M&A Analyst
In order to support our growth we are looking to recruit a junior analyst for a 6 month internship.
Missions et Responsibilities
You will be part of our corporate advisory team, specializing in M&A and capital raising.
Your main tasks will be to assist our team in the following activities:
- Financial analysis of companies and projects
- Support in the production of financial and data room documents
- Contact with investors
- Support in the organization of events (seminars/webinars, conferences…)
Requirements
- Student in the last year of a Master’s degree, you have already completed an internship of at least 6 months in the field of financial auditing, asset management, corporate finance, or wealth management
- Excellent command of financial analysis; Excel (Macros, VBA) is your friend
- Knowledge of Bloomberg software, or other financial analysis tools is a valuable skill
- Bilingual in French and English; fluency in German, Italian or Spanish would be a strong asset

- Starting date : ASAP
- Duration : 6 months (possibility of a permanent contract afterwards)
